Information About Company One of the biggest companies in Australia is ABC Learning Centre Limited which is engaged in providing the services related to child care facilities in Australia as well as other countries of the world. The company was incorporated in Australia in 1981 as the laws and regulations applicable in Australia and enhances its business operations in USA and New Zealand. The company is listed in ASX-Australian Securities Exchange in March, 2001 and after that the success story of the company has started which led the share price of the company to go from ground level to sky and the success story continues until 2008. The company started its operations with providing the child care facility to children up to 5 years in age which before the start of the primary school. The company also providing the care services for child for the time after school and before going school and also in the holiday period. The companies by its teachers help the children to learn the basic education and enhance the interpersonal skills of the child. In the center, the company provides different activities and games for different age group children and helps them to understand the basic things with the help of these activities and also provide the food facility for children. After 5 years of incorporation, in 1995 the company has opened the Institute namely National Institute of Early Childhood Education to educate the trainers about the child care. This shows that the company has growth and expansion from its start only and wants to expand in different parts of the world. In 2005, the company tries to expand its operat ions by providing the primary school education along with child care facility in combination with Judius Propriety Limited. But unfortunately in 2008, the company has fallback and comes to end with winding up. Causes For Fallback The company ABC Learning Center Limited was growing at faster pace during 2000 to 2005 and has acquired more than 15% of the market capitalization in Australia (Bajada and Trayler, 2010). The following the causes for its fallback in 2008 and went into liquidation:- Wrong Accounting Treatment The major cause for fallback of the company is the wrong accounting treatment of different items in the financial statements of the company by its management which led to accounting frauds. The followings are the instances where the company has done wrong accounting treatment:- The most important cause for fallback of the company is wrong accounting for intangibles which are generally represented as licenses obtained by the company for running child care facility. As per AASB 138, if any cost has been incurred by the company for acquiring any right or permission then that right is considered as intangible asset because it does not have any physical existence and will provide the economic benefit in near future. Intangibles as per AASB 138 shall be recognized in the books at cost or at revalued value. The cost should be the amount paid for acquiring the asset by the company should be recorded in the books. If the intangible has fair market value which means they can be traded in market at certain value then the intangibles should be recorded at revalued valued in the books. The company was following the wrong policy in recording the license in books at revalued value without considering the fact they are not tradable in the market and has not possessed any m arket value. The company and its management wrongly used the rules laid for intangible and revalued its licenses on irregular time intervals resulting in increase in Total assets of the company which comprises more than 75% value only of licenses (McRobert, 2009). Also, according to AASB 138 revaluation of intangibles can only be done if the non revaluation can hamper the financial health of the company but the company has done revaluation without considering the fact that the licenses become obsolete over a period of time. As a result, ASIC has said the ABC Learning Center Limited is indulge in false practices of accounting and the financial statements of the company contained the misstatements which the material for decision marketing (Thomson, 2008). The wrong accounting treatment of transactions which have occurred between related party. The company and its management have siphoned off its funds in related parties by entering into transactions with related parties. The company has $ 27000000 to Austock Company as brokerage charges in which the Mr Eddy is the shareholders who is the title-holder of the company. Also, the company has paid $ 74000000 to Queensland Maintenance Services as maintenance charges in which relative of title holder is major shareholder. In this manner the funds of the company has been diverted to other entities without proper accounting about them (Sumsion, 2012). Corporate Governance letdown Corporate governance refers to the modes through which company and its process, actions and procedures can be measured in accordance with different policies and strategies as framed by the company and its management time to time. According to information that has been made available on secondary sources it said that the major cause for fallback of the company was its title holder Mr Eddy Grooves. Mr Grooves always take decisions about the working of the company at his own discretion without taking into account the structure and size of the company. As company expansion has happened then the decisions regarding the companys action should be taken in consultant with board rather than taking them on discretion. The following are the flaw that shows poor Corporate Governance by the company has been followed:- Expansion of the company has been done in exchange of the quality of services provided by the company for child care. The employees and trainers are performing as per the quality standard set for the company. The title holder has not considered the same fact before entering into any new expansion contract (Penn, 2011). The corporate governance report of the company always states that the company had not entered into any related party transactions with any of the entity but the in actual the fact was wrong. The company had entered into numerous related party transaction and the management as well as auditor have not disclosed the same fact in annual reports of the company. In the year 1991, the Australian government has changed its policy and allowed a grant for the entities that were in business of child care facility whether profit making and nonprofit making. The company and its management have not taken the benefit of this scheme and rather investing different company in form business combination for expansion of its operations in different areas by investing more value than their asset value. Faults in Auditing- The auditor of the company has gave unqualified audit report for continuously year to year without taking into account the wrong accounting treatment done by the company in relation to intangibles and related party transactions. The auditor has not disclosed the facts related to factors hampering the Going Concern and Corporate Governance policies of the company. In 2008, the company has changed its auditor to Ernst and Young but they have denied in giving audit report without correcting the financial statements of the company. The previous auditor has not considered the facts that intangibles should reinstated and should be shown at correct value so that profits can be ascertained correctly and share price should be at correct value. Unqualified Report By Auditor Unqualified audit report means that the auditor has given opinion that the financial statements are free from any material misstatement and represent the true and fair view about the affairs of the company. In any fallback, the auditor and his reporting about the company is most important factor as it validates the information provided by the company to its stakeholders. In the fallback of ABC Learning Center Limited, the auditor has issued unqualified audit report for previous years prior to fallback which misleads the investors. The following can be considered as causes to issuing unqualified audit report by auditor:- The auditor has considered and relied upon the accounting policies followed by the companys management in relation of intangibles and has not considered the fact that treatment of intangibles has not done as per AASB 138 The auditor has received handsome remuneration for providing the unqualified opinion. Full professional due and care has not been followed by auditor in reporting the affairs of the company as the auditor even has not mentioned that the licenses owned by the company contains more than 50% of the total value of the assets of the company which in reality never increase in fair value (Kachelmeier, Schmidt and Valentine, 2016). Australian Standard On Auditing -701 Auditing has major impact in authenticating the financial reports prepared as per Corporation Act, 2001 and AASB principles and guidelines. Audited Financial reports are used by different stakeholders to form the decisions regarding the company as the auditor is considered as external independent party who has professional skills to assess the financial reports. With passage of the time, the need for new developments in audit is required and as a result ASA 701 has been introduced and become applicable from 2015 which enhances the roles and responsibilities of the auditor. The major reason for introduction of this standard in auditing guidelines to prevent the fallback of the companies due to lack of information provided by auditor in the audit report and not establishing the liability of auditor for not communicating the indicators of risk. By this standard, the auditor has to report the Key Audit Matter in his independent audit report and not doing so will enhance the chances of ac tion against him (AASB, 2015). Content And Conditions Of Asa 701 Applicability The foremost objective of this standard to assess the key audit matter by auditor and after assessing the auditor should include those matters in the audit report which are the part of companys annual report. The auditor has to consider and identify the affairs of the company which has high degree of risk and should be communicated by the shareholders to auditor while conducting and performing the audit function of the company (McKee, 2015). For assessing key audit matter the auditor has to consider the following:- Highly risky areas which require attention as per Auditing Standard 315 Areas in which the management of the company has used an accounting estimate like life of an asset Any matter transaction or event that has happens during the course of audit. After considering the above, the auditor has to use his professional judgment and skill to identify which areas needs reporting in audit report to be reported as Key Audit Matter. The auditor should not provide any separate opinion on the Key Matters identified and reported rather the auditor should the degree of risk associated with Key Audit Matter for better decision making (Cordos and Flpa, 2015). Communicating The Important Audit Matters The fallback of ABC Learning Center Limited may not happen in 2008 if the Auditing Standard 701 has become applicable before 2007 and the Global crisis could be saved. The audit report of the company should include the following as per the requirement of the ASA 701 and the preventive action can be taken by investors on the information supplied by auditor:- Treatment of Intangible Assets in Financial Statements The independent audit report by auditors should include that the company has been following the revaluation basis for valuing the intangible assets like licenses in inappropriate manner which is the violation of the accounting treatment for intangibles suggested as per AASB 138. Faster pace Growth The auditor should informed in his audit report that the company is following different policies to achieve the growth at faster pace which can harm the basic assumption of Going Concern in coming period and has high chances of risk for the investment made in company by investors. (Masytoh, 2010). Related Party Transactions The auditor should include in his audit report about the transaction entered by company with different entities in which the title holder of the company has substantial interest. The related party transactions have high risk of manipulation of accounts and funds by the management and can mislead the investors of the company. Conclusion The financial reports and the auditors report are basis for companys performance and investment in the company. From the statement, it is concluded that the Auditor has helped the management of the company to hide the facts about the companys performance and accounting frauds which mislead the investors and share price has unexpectedly rise. Also, there is no such guidelines as well in past which can establish the liability of the auditor about reporting the misstatements. So, the fallbacks happen with the collision of management and the auditor of the company. Recommendation It is recommended from the statement that the duties of the auditor should be fulfilled in appropriate manner with full professional ethics and dedication. The auditor should disclose all information which can affect the stakeholders decision and companys performance so that fallback can be prevented. Also, from the time to time the government authorities should make new rules and regulations for the benefit of the society and business entities. Path To Power Essays - Nazi Germany, Chancellors Of Germany
Path To Power Filling three high-level voids caused Adolph Hitler to rise to power as the totalitarian dictator of Germany. With his country in the ferment left from World War One, groups at all levels of politics were looking for a savior. Hitler stumbled upon an awareness of his own charisma, saw the opportunities to usurp power, and pursued his assent. The key factors allowing his success were his rise through the German Workers' Party, becoming Chancellor of Germany, and orchestrating the combination of the offices of president and chancellor. The first factor was Hitler's ordered membership in the German Workers' party. In September, 1919, officers of the Munich Command suspected disloyalty among political groups when it came to the military, and they needed a spy. They chose Hitler because of his towering hatred for Jews and ?Traitors.? His mission was to join the German Workers' Party and help it grow. Shortly after joining the Party he learned that their goal was to discuss ways of creating a better Germany. Many of the members blamed the Jews and Marxists for the problems of Germany, but they had no plan or program to set things right. Working with this organization caused Hitler to discover something about himself. He never expected that he had a gifted ability to control and influence people for his gain through speech. The more he spoke, the more enthusiastic they became, and the more control he had over them. Hitler's emotions ignited the crowd. People lost control of themselves, trembling, sobbing, weeping, and howling. Men as well as women fainted and fell over in the aisles. They were bewitched. Hitler quit the military and decided to wield the German Workers' Party as his weapon to become the dictator of Germany. The next stepping stone arose when President Paul von Hindenburg decided that the Nazis could no longer be kept out of the government and asked ex-Corporal Hitler to become Chancellor of Germany. He accepted and thus began the second phase to total power. Although Hitler was Chancellor he still couldn't mount his revolution from within. He needed additional Nazi seats in the Reichstag, similar to our Congress, to gain total power. In order to gain these seats he also needed an election along with a reason for the voters to support the idea of a dictatorship. He manufactured a crisis to accommodate his cause. One evening just before the elections, the metal dome of the Reichstag burst into flames. The fire was so tremendous all the firemen could do was watch it burn to ashes and scorched brick. Hitler pinned the blame to Communist leaders and gained over 17 million votes that secured 288 Reichstag seats. Hitler's plan was a success and he was ready to advance to being the totalitarian leader of Germany. The third and final phase of Hitler's conquest was set to begin. The Reichstag, consisting of only Nazi supporters Hitler's SS men allowed in, met on March 23 to vote on the Enabling Act which gave Hitler total power over their rights to suspend the constitution, change any law, and make any law. With the communist leaders banned from the Reichstag, the Enabling Act passed 441 to 91. Hitler moved quickly to strike anyone else who was a threat to him by killing them or putting them into concentration camps. On August 2, 1934, President Hindenburg died, and the military, pleased with Hitler's accomplishments, allowed Hitler to combine the offices of Chancellor and President, which included being commander in chief of the armed forces. Since all other political parties had been officially abolished, the Nazi flag became Germany's official flag, and every serviceman, from General to Private, had to swear an oath of obedience?not to Germany, but to Hitler himself. With this oath, The Fuhrer's Third Reich was firmly established. With these three key strategies, Hitler became the totalitarian dictator of Germany and the horror of the Holocaust began in earnest. No one dare question his treachery. The prophecy of General Kurt von Schleicher was soon to be fulfilled. As he predicted, ?This corporal will destroy Germany and it will have a horrible end.?

9 Pieces of Celebrity Advice That Will Inspire You to Succeed in 2017
9 Pieces of Celebrity Advice That Will Inspire You to Succeed in 2017 Love them, hate them, or roll your eyes when you see them make news for ridiculous things, famous people have something in common: theyââ¬â¢re good at what they do, or you probably wouldnââ¬â¢t know who they are. And while you probably shouldnââ¬â¢t, say, take medical advice from George Clooney or legal advice from Justin Timberlake, itââ¬â¢s worth seeing what kind of celebrity advice they have to offer. As we look to the new year with its blank slate, letââ¬â¢s also look at how some household names in business, Hollywood, and politics approach career, success, and life balance. On Finding Purpose and DirectionOne of the first things you should do in the new year is figure out what youà want yourà goals to be. To do that, itââ¬â¢s important to figure out what motivates you, and what you really want to be doing with your professional life. A new year is a chance to take a look at what motivates you now, because that may not be the same thing that motivated you in the past. Take the opportunity to look at who you are now, and what forces are moving you forward.ââ¬Å"Stop chasing the money and start chasing the passion. - Tony Hsieh, CEO of Zapposââ¬Å"ââ¬â¢May the Force be with youââ¬â¢ is charming but itââ¬â¢s not important. Whatââ¬â¢s important is that you become the Force- for yourself and perhaps for other people.â⬠- Harrison Ford, actorOn Being Your Own Biggest AssetNot to get all sappy on you, but your best ally in this process is, well, you. Networks are important, but as you get ready to ramp up your career in the new year, make sure youââ¬â¢re putting enough value and emphasis on the skills, experience, and expertise that you already have. 2017 should be a year of moving forward with confidence, not stalling out due to self-doubt.ââ¬Å"Donââ¬â¢t discount yourself, no matter what youââ¬â¢re doing. Everyone has a unique perspective that they can bring to the world. Just have faith in yourself and trust yo urself.â⬠- Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of FacebookOn Achieving SuccessSuccess is not an instant result, no matter who you are or what you do. People who achieve that success have gotten there because they stuck it out, and threw everything they had at the process. CEOs, entertainers, thinkersâ⬠¦the version of ââ¬Å"successâ⬠is different for each of them, but they have one thing in common: effort + time.ââ¬Å"When I was 15, I left school to start a magazine, and it became a success because I wouldnââ¬â¢t take no for an answer.â⬠- Richard Branson, CEO of the Virgin Groupââ¬Å"Thereââ¬â¢s no such thing as overnight success. Thatââ¬â¢s my concern with a show like American Idol. It encourages the false belief that thereââ¬â¢s a kind of magic, that you can be ââ¬Ëdiscovered.ââ¬â¢ That may be the way television works, but itââ¬â¢s not the way the world works. Rising to the top of any field requires an enormous amount of dedication, focus, drive, talen t, and 99 factors that they donââ¬â¢t show on television. Itââ¬â¢s not simply about being picked. Which, by the way, is why very few of the anointed winners on American Idol have gone on to true success. Most have flamed out and gone away. That should tell us something.â⬠- Malcolm Gladwell, authorââ¬Å"Success is just a war of attrition. Sure, thereââ¬â¢s an element of talent you should probably possess. But if you just stick around long enough, eventually something is going to happen.â⬠- Dax Shepard, actorââ¬Å"Do the work. Out-work. Out-think. Out-sell your expectations. There are no shortcuts.â⬠- Mark Cuban, entrepreneurOn Why You Should Never Give UpIf you give up on your goals because youââ¬â¢re seeing too many challenges or it feels too hard, no one is going to run up to you, shouting, ââ¬Å"come back! Just kidding, hereââ¬â¢s what you want.â⬠Once you figure out what you want to achieve and start devising your plan to get there, itâ⠬â¢s crucial to stick to that, whether things get tough or are taking longer than you thought they would. Youââ¬â¢re tougher than you think you are, so donââ¬â¢t let setbacks deter you from those bigger goals.ââ¬Å"Iââ¬â¢m very glad my mother didnââ¬â¢t let me quit piano lessons at age 10. She said I wasnââ¬â¢t old enough or good enough to make that decision, and she was right. I remember at the time I was shocked. I did not like that my mother said those things to me. But when I got a chance to play with Yo-Yo Ma or more recently with Aretha Franklin, I thought, Iââ¬â¢m really glad she said what she did.â⬠- Condoleezza Rice, former Secretary of StateOn Seizing OpportunitiesIn 2017, be ready to size up and grab potential opportunities. Do research, talk to people in your network, and always keep an eye out for new jobs, new skill-building opportunities, anything that can help you along the way. If youââ¬â¢re not proactive, youââ¬â¢ll either miss poten tial opportunities entirely, or watch them slip right by you and turn into someone elseââ¬â¢s chances.ââ¬Å"People ask, ââ¬ËWhatââ¬â¢s the best role youââ¬â¢ve ever played?ââ¬â¢ The next one.â⬠- Kevin Kline, actorââ¬Å"Put your head down and work hard. Never wait for things to happen make them happen for yourself through hard graft and not giving up.â⬠- Gordon Ramsay, chef, entrepreneur, and TV personalityââ¬Å"If I canââ¬â¢t make it through one door, Iââ¬â¢ll go through another door- or Iââ¬â¢ll make a door. You know that song ââ¬Å"Everybody Hurts,â⬠by R.E.M.? The career version of it is, ââ¬Å"everybody flops, sometimes.â⬠Itâ⠬â¢s going to happen, itââ¬â¢s going to hurt, and you should be ready to take that failure and learn from it so you can keep moving forward. Donââ¬â¢t let minor failures derail your year of progress.ââ¬Å"Failure is not the opposite of success; itââ¬â¢s a stepping stone to success.â⬠- Arianna Huffington, founder of The Huffington Postââ¬Å"Failure meant a stripping away of the inessential. I stopped pretending to myself that I was anything other than what I was, and began to direct all my energy into finishing the only work that mattered to me. Rowling, authorOn Overcoming Career Obstacles2017 will have obstacles. Thatââ¬â¢s non-negotiable. But when youââ¬â¢re faced with those challenges, donââ¬â¢t let them stop your progress. Instead, ask yourself how they can factor into your journey.ââ¬Å"When faced with sexism or ageism or lookism or even really aggressive Buddhism, ask yourself the following question, ââ¬ËIs this person between me and what I want to do?'â⬠- Tina Fey, comedian and writerOn Why Being a Lone Wolf Doesnââ¬â¢t WorkIf you think your 2017 journey is all about you, youââ¬â¢re mistaken. You are the most important piece of it, yes. But being a good team member, and knowing when to rely on others is a skill that you should start practicing as early in the year as possible. Itââ¬â¢s not just that others can help you directly (although many can); itââ¬â¢s just as much learning what you can from others to apply to your own professional life.ââ¬Å"What I have discovered, is this: You canââ¬â¢t do it alone. As you navigate through the rest of your life, be open to collaboration. Other people and other peopleââ¬â¢s ideas are often better than your own. Find a group of people who challenge and inspire you, spend a lot of time with them, and it will change your life.â⬠- Amy Poehler, comedian and writerââ¬Å"I look for a positive attitude and are they easy to work with, are people gonna like working with them? Making room for your personal growth, development, and happiness is just as essential. This may involve some creative thinking and sacrifices, but when you get to the other side of 2017, you donââ¬â¢t want to be thinking, ââ¬Å"I wish Iââ¬â¢d made time for thi ngs that make me happy.â⬠ââ¬Å"Believe you can do anything. This is important for everyone and especially for women. Donââ¬â¢t let anyone tell you canââ¬â¢t have both a meaningful professional career and a fulfilling personal life. When you hear someone say you canââ¬â¢t do something, know that you can and start figuring out how. Proposal on International Project Management Research
On International Project Management - Research Proposal Example The intention of this study is an international project manager that has the job of reviving business within a completely different situation. He or she has to find out the general formation of the business in addition to its workflow. Within an operational-based business, experienced workforce and capability to carry out these chores is crucial. Technical framework could be an important aspect. For a region-based business, location is essential, and thorough understanding of the country in addition to its way of life is vital. Products may have to be modified according to the host marketplace. An international-based formation may have a diverse set of product lines, every one of which can be prepared and advertised all over the locations. These styles can be merged, although selecting the formation of the business should sustain the company's most important objectives. Several businesses begin by initially starting the fresh administrative centre or ââ¬Å"facility as an export divi sion that falls under the umbrella of Operations or Marketingâ⬠- which might turn out to be an International Division in the long run. How this fresh setup best goes along within the parent business's general formation relies on the idea for the fresh location as well as how much the parent business wants to develop. Other alternatives take account of starting a completely owned subsidiary or a joint venture in a foreign country, dealing from an international company to produce goods to requirement, or acquiring materials and / or supplies from an international company producer. ... The aim is to come up with an outcome that will reveal this and presents a solution to cope with these differences. Research Question How the characteristics of different countries along with varying cultures affect the capabilities of international project manager? Literature Review Struggle within the international market continues to rise, mainly among the ââ¬Å"United States, the European Union, and Asian nationsâ⬠(Biermann & Siebenhuner, p. 192, 2009). Due to this, businesses have to calculate the aggressive setting of the host nation. Primarily, it is useful to realize that the character of competition differs by region as well as by business. A number of countries support an environment of ââ¬Å"pure competitionâ⬠(Comfort & Franklin, p. 92, 2011); for instance, there may be any amount of retailers, everyone with comparatively tiny market share, with competition supported exclusively by price. Some may be additionally monopolistic. Taking into consideration the ki nd of environment within which an international project manager has to work, guarantees the application of suitable business practices. America Post-Civil War Growing Pains Essay Example | Topics and Well Written Essays - 750 words
America Post-Civil War Growing Pains - Essay Example This period was the second major turning point in a long list that occurred in this particular period. It had far-reaching consequences for Americaââ¬â¢s social and political life. There were many changes to the laws at the national level, which promised a new breathing space for the African-American population, there was also a promise from the national government to protect the rights of the new citizens of American Republic (Foner, Mahoney, pp. II, 1995). Therefore, the paper enters into a discussion of the impact of the two major turning points, which occurred after the civil war, as well as considering the different effects of the laws that were passed during this period. It is essential to identify crucial differences that led to the changing of the economic, political and social life of Americans. While the industrial expansion was concentrated in the North, the country witnessed massive rates of economic growth. There was a huge expansion of agriculture and industry, as we ll as a growth in population. Much of the economic growth occurred in Northeast, Midwest and plain states. The South remained largely agricultural. One of the reasons that the North was able to pursue its agenda of economic progress was because the Southern states provided no opposition. A major reason for the huge economic growth was the different innovations, which changed the scale and scope of manufacturing. This was expressed by approximately 45,661 patents that were released in 1897 compared to 1045 issued in 1844. These innovations included the typewriter, calculating and adding machines, the cash register and the Kodak camera. There was a boom in the textile industry, as a result of the improvements in the technology, such as looms and faster spindles in weaving (Gale, 1999).This resulted in huge changes within American society, driven by mass immigration, and urbanization. During this time, America became what it is now, largely shaped by the phrase ââ¬ËThe American Drea m,ââ¬â¢ which was the dream of every immigrant who set foot on our shores during the reconstruction period. During this stage of industrialism, there was little or no leisure time for factory workers and many managers and professionals. An average American may have witnessed an increase in economic growth, but they also faced problems of pollution, and disturbances to their lifestyles, because of the different influx of immigrants (e-history, 2012). The other major turning point of American history, which occurred during the reconstruction period, was the assassination of Abraham Lincoln. This was a result of the Lincoln administrationââ¬â¢s determination to force immediate unification of the North and the now defunct Confederacy, moving former slaves along the road to freedom; Lincoln tried to pave the road, which would eventually lead to emancipation. Eventually, Lincoln included the African-Americans in the military in the North, so they could aid in the war effort to fight against the Confederacy. Following the end of the civil war and during the reconstruction plan, Lincoln tried to persuade many states to abolish slavery, and in most cases, he proved to be unsuccessful. The Thirteenth Amendment, which Lincoln worked towards with the Republicans eventually, abolished slavery in the entire country (Foner, Mahoney, pp. 22-24, 1995). It cannot be stated explicitly the way Reconstruction would have been

The Effects of Diversity in Communities Essay Example for Free
The Effects of Diversity in Communities Essay The concept of diversity in communities includes several nationalities in different fields; thereby the communities will have many advantages. One cause of diversity is immigration. People travel to another country since they are searching for better life in jobs and educations. If immigration law in any country eases regulation for immigrants, the numbers of immigrants will increase. In fact, there are several effects of diversity in communities. The most important effect of diversity is eliminating the discrimination in the community. If the communities have only two races such as black and white people, discrimination will absolutely be exist. Everyone knows the tragedy of the discrimination in every society like civil war and crisis in economy. On the other hand, if there are several races, religious beliefs and political beliefs, the community will adjust to the diversity in every moment of life. In the time, people will deal with different nationalities in market and schools. As a result, the community will live a peaceful life without any problems. Another significant effect of diversity is sharing cultures. Everyone is curious of knowing other cultures. In fact, diversity is a great opportunity of sharing cultures, such as food, religions, languages and history. For example, citizens in the USA can find China Town and Indian village, which have a variety of food, juice and museums, in every big city like Washington, New York and Chicago. As a consequence, citizens go to these towns because they are available in the place where they live. In addition, they might travel to these countries if they have an appropriate chance. More importantly, these villages or towns are exist because of immegration which advocates the diversity. The last effect of different nationalities in communities is enhancing the economic level. Can you imagine that diversity affects the economy of the country? In fact, it affects the economy significantly. It affects the labor costs both in the low-wage jobs and in high-wage jobs. For instance, in my count ry KSA, most of the low-wage positions are taken by immigrants, so the Saudis cannot accept the same wage of the immigrants. Consequently, the Saudiââ¬â¢s wage rate is higher than the immigrantsââ¬â¢ in the low-wage jobs. Another example, many universities hire foreign instructors since they have different experiences and different thoughts. Foreign instructors lead to develop the economy by doing different research and innovations. For these reasons, no one can hide the influence of the national diversity in the economy. To conclude, reducing discrimination, being part of cultures and growing economy are the most important effects of the diversity. In my opinion, every country should have diversity because of the positive impact to the community. Moreover, some countries must modify the immigration law since they will have many advantages of diversity.
